Introduction

I tailor individualized programs to each of my clients desired goals and expectations. I am also a reiki healer and my intuition and ability to connect with my students quickly is a beautiful gift to share. I believe in the power of community and humanity as we all support each other on our journeys in life. Please take a few moments to read my reviews. I offer reiki healing, virtually and in person as well as private or semi private/group virtual or in person yoga. I have worked with all levels. My favorite client story is of a 75 year old man who could barely sit on the floor as his hip flexors were so painfully tight. We now end class after only a month of working together in a seated position =) Private Yoga classes start at $150 an hour Reiki sessions start at $100 for an hour in person, $40 for 30 minutes virtual We do pay for leads on this site, so please contact directly if interested in offerings provided on site.

I found Krysta-Lyn through her virtual donation-based classes. Immediately I knew I would love her teaching style and flows. The flows are grounded in yoga basics but also challenging and inventive, even for someone like me who’s 6+ years into her yoga journey. No two classes are ever the same and I love the variety. As a teacher Krysta-Lyn is intuitive, kind, encouraging, and generous. She goes above and beyond to add small memorable touches, like offering chocolate the week of Valentine’s Day or allowing you to pick an intention card for class to guide you. I have been fortunate enough to get a reiki session done by Krysta-Lyn too and she was as much a joy in person as online, it was my first ever reiki session but the experience was a catalyst for a few important changes in my life. Overall I cannot say enough kind things about Krysta-Lyn, she’s absolutely someone you should seek out whether that be for yoga or reiki as the experience will definitely the worth it!

I have been next leveling my yoga practice since the pandemic started, thanks to 2x/week virtual classes with Krysta-Lyn Martinelli. I find her class challenging but rewarding and, of course, a huge stress reliever. Her expert instruction and cues help me continue practicing the more difficult poses. I could definitely feel my improvement, so at one point I set up a photo op to see how I was doing--I was shocked at how improved my Crow pose was! Not only have Krysta-Lyn's classes kept me sane during the pandemic, but seeing her smiling face is always a highlight of my week. She is a true gem!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will send over an intake form to understand what your wellness goals are. We will meet and discuss in person at the first session. I will assess your mobility (if yoga) and energy (if reiki). From there I will formulate a tailored plan to help you achieve those goals. We will check in over the weeks and months to change the plan if your goals change along the way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Registered Yoga Teacher 200 Hours Reiki Level 1 and 2 - expecting to receive Masters level in May of 2022 Masters of Mental Health Counseling expected in May of 2022
