- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fees are project and scope based. There is no way to give a specific price on a project immediately without knowing the true scope of the work. We do provide ballpark figures. All work at GP3 Creative begins with a Brand Discovery Session. This service allows us to discover everything we need to know about your brand, your business, your team, your target audience, your goals and the strategy we need to develop to reach those goals. This is a fee based service. In the end you're given detailed profiles of all of the above including a competitor brand analysis, your brand attributes, problems hindering your business goals and the strategy to reach them. The Brand Discovery session gives clients a chance to see what it's like to collaborate with us without investing several thousand dollars into a larger branding project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a Brand Discovery session. This takes place over 2–3 days and involves brainstorming sessions, goals setting, expectations from the executive team as well as lots of research into your business. We look into how your revenue streams are producing, staff perceptions of your brand, client brand perceptions, industry research and much more. Once the Brand Discovery Session is complete we provide you a Branding Dossier which outlines all the details of your brand and business, the strategy we suggest for reaching your goals and our proposal fee to implementing our strategy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our staff are formally trained designers. Principal, George Paul III, graduated with a degree in Media Art & Design from Northeastern University. He's worked in advertising and marketing and has over 15 years experience creating and enhancing brands.
