The dishwasher in my rental apartment had never been working properly. So much so that my roommates were using it as an extra storage unit . And I like to host dinner parties, so much that I use every single glass, coffee cup and plate available. So dishwasher had to be fixed and quickly ! My landlord, as it is often the case was not at all helpful so I called Appliance Doctor. Alexander was quick to respond. He was very knowledgeable and accommodative of my schedule. I work at the bakery and my work hours are rather unusual. Once we agreed on the time of Appliance Doctor’s appointment, he quickly identified the issue and replaced the damaged part. The spare part needed to be ordered and he took care of getting the part, while being transparent of the costs involved. I would definitely reach back out again for any other appliance repair needs.

Alexander saved my life by connecting my new gas dryer. It was a short term notice, but he fitted me in his busy schedule. He was on time and got the work done in half an hour. I can’t be happier with my new working gas dryer.

I had a great experience with my stove being repaired! The team was quick to respond to my request and were over the next day to evaluate. The repair man, Sasha, was friendly and punctual. He identified the issue and was able to fix it within an hour. Will definitely be calling them again for my other appliance needs!
