When it comes to big companies or even small companies with a few employees you the customer is just another job just another $$ bill standing in their way to the next job with this attitude they just want to go quickly finish as fast as they can take your money and do as many jobs a day because they work on quantity or in many cases many companies use subcontractors that are not working for the company they dont get paid by the hour they get a share of your totally bill and so is the company that invest allot of money in advertising, so as you by now starting to understand the subcontractors have incentive to over charge you as much as they can and to do as less as possible Because 1) they dont care since you are not the subcontractor actual customer so even if you wont be happy it will stick to the company 2) so he can make it to next job and make even more money he knows and the company know that this a one time job and youll never call them back again so instead in working and investing on building relationships and reputation with the customers they invest allot on advertisements that target random customers in a huge quantity!! On the other hand in my business each customer is everything to me each job I give everything I have and do whatever I can to provide the customers the best results possible with me each customer its not just a job I see it as a life time long term relationship when I have a customer they feel so satisfied and trust me to the point that any time in the future that they need to clean something whether its to clean a sofa or carpet they call me again and again and they referr to me their family and friends because they trust me and they know I will take care of them in the best way possible when they call me...

The technician did a first pass on our carpet and did a great job removing stains and cleaning. He decided on his own to clean a second time because he wasn’t happy with the results and removed all of our stains entirely. Great service and professionalism.

Jay was AMAZING!!! He was responsive and was able to clean my carpet the same day. I explained I was having company and he came on a Sunday! He helped me so much a d my carpets look familiar fanstic. He worked extremely hard to ensure the job was done right. He helped me move furniture around so he could get to as much of the carpet as possible. He did not have to make that extra effort. He could not have been nicer. He was professional and would not stop working even to have a drink of water. I highly recommend hiring Jay and his team. The price was more than fair. Will absolutely hire him again.

Jay was very conscientious. Our carpets had not been cleaned for some years, and he worked slowly so the detergent would penetrate and bring up the deeper dirt. He got out old stains, and cleaned small nooks and crannies around our furniture that a previous company had ignored. It was a painfully hot day, however he cut no corners and did excellent work. Our carpets look terrific!

Alex was awesome. He arrived on time, very communicative with his arrival. He informed us of all of our options and really helped us out since we have NO idea about carpetcleaning and what we would have needed. He told us about everything he was doing and worked really quickly for needing 5 rooms, a hallway, and a staircase. As for quality - WOW. He did such a great job. I can't believe what came up from the carpets and they feel so soft and look brand new - I was seriously impressed. They were damp when finished, as I expected they would be, but he told us exactly what to do to help the drying process along and most of the carpets were perfectly dry by morning before our movers arrived - amazing. I highly recommend this group and specifically working with Alex. When we need the services again, we'll be calling back!

I ended up spending a little more than I was expecting to when all was said and done, but I am glad that I did. Jay explained everything very clearly, he was very thorough and did an amazing job on my basement carpet and stairs which had taken a beating over the last five years! I will definitely be using Jay and his company in the future. I referred Jay to my neighbors, Karen and David, and he came out two days later to do their chairs and carpet - they too very very pleased and will be using Jay as well in the future!

My pricing is firm only once I do the inspection and I have the ability to determine what is the job and what actually need to be done to make it work for you
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I arrive the customers and acquire about the outcome they are looking for and than I inspect the job they want me to do for them I give them a quote base on my inspection estimate and once they feel comfortable with the price and approve me to do the job I bring my equipment and start to do the cleaning job
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have rich experience working in the field and Im taking courses on a regular basis to increase my knowledge so I can offer wider range of solutions
