Great experience with our two movers, moving from a 2bed apartment to a 3bed house. They arrived early and with all wrapping materials to protect furniture and were quick and efficient in loading and unloading. I basically just pointed to where to go with the items and they arranged everything nicely.

The team arrived on time. They worked quickly and were very well organized. They were also understanding and patient when we arrived at the storage. They understood why it was important to put the archival boxes in a certain order so we could find the right box when needed. We had loads of map and even though I didn’t mention needing a special box to store them, they accepted to sell me the one they use for their moves. Instead of being all over the floor, the maps are all in one spot. I can only highly recommend Born to Move and will certainly hire them again when I need to move more stuff.

It’s a shame that you can only choose 3 out of the 5 when starting the review, it’s unfair to the company. Born to Move was an ABSOLUTE 5 STAR company. I hired another moving company the day before my move (Blink Moving) they showed up, everything was great until they broke my 55” television and wanted nothing to do with replacing it or taking any blame for moving it to an unsafe area in the unit and it slid down and fell right on the screen. Non the less I fired them and had no idea what I was going to do. I messaged Alex at around 2pm if not later Monday March 15th and explained the situation. Alex was able to have a crew of 2 wonderful, respectful, professional, punctual, hard working and not to mention very courteous gentlemen at my storage unit by 9am the very next morning! I couldn’t believe it! I was in shock that in such a short notice that anyone could come out. Everything was moved into my new apartment and they even put my bed together for me so I didn’t have to do it. The rate of was exactly as quoted and not a penny more and I also got a discount for paying cash. I could not recommend a better moving company. If I ever move again, which I know I will...the first person I am calling is Alex and his team at Born to Move! Thank you again guys!!!
