I lived in an apartment managed by Mason Management for 2.5 years and couldn't be happier with the experience! The Mason Management team is professional and quick to respond to any requests or questions about the unit and gave fair lease renewal offers. I highly recommend them and would actively seek out units managed by them!

I've lived in an apartment managed by Mason Management for 2 years and I only have positive things to say about them! They have truly been wonderful. They respond very quickly to any email and if something is broken, they have someone come out same day to fix it. I cannot recommend them enough!! I wish they were managing my next apartment!

I've been working with the Mason team for over a year and I could not be happier. It is always a bit worrying when you're moving across the country and you have to take a chance off of choosing a home off emails and a video call followed by sending money that way.When I did this I found I was EXTREMELY grateful I chose Mason Management. They're extremely organized, prompt to respond, grounded in fairness, and have a level of care that exceeds expectations. In a city that can be short with people, they do not try to scam people out of cash or hike rates up. I have actually recommended a couple of my friends their way (which sounds cliche), and without doubt look forward to spending the rest of my precious time in Boston with the wonderful property they helped find and coordinate for me.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Management Fee is 6% of the total monthly rent collected or $100 per month, whichever is greater. We have established relationships with multiple vendors across many specialties; these relationships has allowed us to get great pricing on repairs, maintenance, and other projects.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we would like to speak with the prospective new customer to review what they need and/ or want from a property management company, as well as get familiar with their property and it’s needs. Once they have reviewed and signed our contract, we send out our Owner Questionnaire, which allows us to collect more information from them regarding the property, it’s tenants, and other relevant information.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All employees at Mason Management Residential have either a broker license or sales license in real estate for Massachusetts. Ross has his real estate broker license in both Massachusetts and Florida and started the company in 2011.
