YIF Management is first class when it comes to propertymanagement. I have been renting in Boston since 2003 and have never had such a positive experience as a tenant since becoming a tenant of YIF Management. I moved into one of their properties in 2009 and have lived in 3 different units they manage since then and will be renewing my current lease. Everyone on their team is amazing from the maintenance staff, leasing staff to the hands on owner and property manager. Any maintenance issues are addressed right away with such professionalism and friendliness. I never hesitate to make a call to them and know they will be there to address the issue. I recommend them so highly that have had other friends move into their properties and all have thanked me for bringing them to a propertymanagement company that truly cares about their properties and tenants. If you want a place to call home in Boston, a propertymanaged by YIF Management is the way to go!!

Since June of 2010 KJ at Y.I.F. Management & Development L.L.C. has been managing and maintaining the apartment that I own in Brighton. Y.I.F has been performing all tasks needed to keep the place to code and in good repair. I have been extremely satisfied with their response to my needs, and to the needs of the various tenants. They are constantly monitoring the apartment to make sure that it stays in top condition, as well as making sure that the tenants respect the place and the condo rules.

I have lived on Newton Park property for 2+ years and the PropertyManager is very good, They get back to you very quickly maintenance request or if there is someone parked in your spot. They keep the property very clean and secure as well with locks and gates so no one can just walk onto the area that does't belong there. No issues whenever i need something fixed or have any questions in general, a very good team of people.

We customize pricing for all of our clients depending on their specific needs for the property.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we like to begin by providing a written proposal outlining services, capabilities, scope of practice, and experience. Upon receipt of interest, we like to come out and meet with the Board of Trustees. We also like to conduct a free walkthrough and inspection of the property to evaluate everyone's needs and wants.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our management staff holds real estate licenses as well as college degrees and has been working in property management for more than 10 years.
