Devon was contracted to diagnose/fix a problem with my Kenmore washing machine. He was extremely responsive - the diagnosis appointment was one day after initial contact and the part needed was procured and installed the day after that. I couldn’t have asked for a more expeditious resolution. He was very professional and thorough in his approach and the quality of his work appears to be strong.
I would recommend Devon and I plan to use him again on any future appliance repairs that I have.

Even though the issue was not repaired (it was not worth fixing), he was amazing and honest. I recommend him to anyone. He is amazing with animals, which is a plus. He kept in contact with me throughout our whole experience together (excellent communication). To me, he went above and beyond of what I would expect.

I was in a tough spot. My refrigerator was on the fritz and no one was responding to my numerous calls and email. I use Thumbtack and got 2 repair companies and reached out to them both. Devon was the only one that got back to me. He came the next day and quickly diagnosed the issue. He had to order the part which told me about that same day. The part came in a couple of days later. He was here the next day and fixed the issue in an hour. I will keep his number and he will be my first call if anything like this happens to me again.
