I was ready up give up on the appt. time- frame of 10-12 when they showed up @ 1pm & there was a bit of discussion over the quote for the job. We settled that & they got to work. The results were as described---a few remaining bees the next day and none since then.

Michael came for preventative treatment for rodents at my property. He was thorough in his walk through, filling exterior and interior holes, setting bait stations, and traps. I was concerned about mice but not so much now. Michael is a professional exterminator that I would highly recommend.

We caught a mouse on a Friday morning. Mike was out to the apartment on Sunday at 9:00am, on the dot as scheduled, on a holiday weekend. He was able to go over every inch of the apartment and find any entry/exit points and seal them all. He places a few glue boards and snap traps around just in case there are still any mice in the unit, because after he sealed it they definitely were not coming in again. It's been couple of days now and we haven't seen any signs of mice action. Mike is coming back out in 1 week for a follow up visit just to double check. He is super friendly, responsive, thorough, respectful, and provides and all-around great experience. Thanks, Mike!

Michael is truly the best. He was very knowledgable and honest. We have a termite problem in our garage and he came out to inspect everything and to make sure there were not in the home. He was truly a joy to do business with. I highly recommend you hire him for any pest problems.
