- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually, I'll arrive and let them give me the tour and relay their thoughts and concerns. Then I'll ask any questions that I may still have and hopefully have options that can be discussed. Finally, the customer has the final decision when choosing the option that fits them best. I find that this way a customer is more COMFORTABLE and CONFIDENT in ME the more they are involved.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
With cars its usually brakes, suspensions, tune-ups, and bodywork.With audio/video, it's usually a TV stand and wall mounts with device configuration, or relocating telephone and cable wiring. But... my customers range from decks and sheds to garbage disposals and bathroom remodels.
