Excellent! Would recommend to anyone in need of a defense attorney! Professional and knowledgable about all aspects of law
I have a PhD in Electrical Engineering. I was arrested and falsely accused of domestic A&B after I called the police to protect me. My first lawyer gave me wrong advise and made the situation worse. Joe Serpa came to the rescue and talked to the complainant. With one phone call Joe got her to co-operate again to get my case dismissed. If you have any criminal issues, problems or charges, I can bet Joe Serpa will solve them for you and get the result in your favour. My hats off to Joe Serpa's expertise, experience and understanding of the criminal law beyond the limitations of its pure legalistic interpretation. I highly recommend you hire Joe Serpa to defend you.
I was initially recommended to Richard Mable by a friend, who happens to be an attorney himself, to help me in resolving some rather complex, high-impact post-divorce judgment issues. Simply stated, the recommendation was a very good one. Throughout his handling of my situation, Richard was patient, considerate of the well-being of myself AND my children, and always prepared. He listened to my concerns and guided me through some very difficult decisions which helped significantly to reduce the amount of stress I was experiencing. Richard also encouraged and allowed me to do some of the leg work necessary for my case. This helped to reduce costs and was greatly appreciated. Thanks largely in part to his abilities, work and his dedication I believe Richard achieved the best possible outcome. Based on this personal experience, I recommended him to several of my friends, colleagues, and family whom he has subsequently assisted on a variety of legal issues. If you need help in resolving a family or business law matter, I highly recommend the services of Attorney Richard Mable.
I had a pleasant experience with Attorney Luber. I was seeking assistance with a child support issue. We spoke on the telephone at length and he reviewed my Separation Agreement and was able to provide me with the information and knowledge I needed. While I have decided that my current issues do not require further action at this time, I would not hesitate to contact Attorney Luber again if the situation changes. I would highly recommend him to anyone else seeking Family Law assistance. Very professional and, more importantly, very kind.
Chris knows the law and has his clients best interests at heart. Diviorce can get ugle and Chris is able to keep everything in perspective.
Tapalian Law gets Five Stars in my book! Dave's knowledge and attention to detail was exceptional. He handled my case personally and kept me informed from start to finish! He made me feel comfortable and put my stress at ease! I could not recommend a better lawyer!!!
I would highly recommend Kotoni Law Offices attorney Gazion Kotoni to anyone who is looking for a competent, compassionate and highly motivated lawyer. Gazion was highly professional and extremely accommodating in my bankruptcy case. I never felt like I was “just another client”. With my past financials and stress over the matter, Gazion took the burden of getting everything for my case ready along with his requests of information. Gazion then took the necessary requirements to make the bankruptcy experience painless, friendly and very affordable. I would also like to say thanks for continuing to serve me even after my bankruptcy [and] continue sending myself updates and e-mails which is a very personal touch. Kind Regards, Myke-
Excellent and knowledgeable law firm. If you want to win these are the folks that can deliver it.
Being a first year post doctorate from Egypt and having gotten my medical education in the United States, I know a lot about medical side of things but not the US tax code. After speaking to several colleges and then interviewing multiple tax professionals in Boston, I ended up with more questions than answers. One of my coworkers had recommended Amit Johar EA. I spoke to Amit about the particulars of my situation. What started as a basic tax interview turned into a broader conversation about, retirements, insurance, benefits, withholding's and how these elements fit into my financial picture. We ended up discussing a more comprehensive approach not only for this year but whats coming ahead. I was extremely impressed with the depth of knowledge he has on tax law and accounting. He is intelligent, polite and most importantly values his clients. Amit takes his time to understand his client's real needs and finds targeted solutions for their specific concerns. I would highly recommend Amit Johar to all my peers in the medical community
I'll let you be the judge of Attorney Bombay, here's how my agreement for the Job with him went: I extended my need for a contract out to thumbtack.com for an upcoming business venture with another party. Jeremy was the first to respond to me and quoted me at $175 an hour, please see 'Bombard1' for the snippet of the conversation. Thinking this was a reasonable price, I agree to hire Jeremy for the contract. I then get sent a 'Fee Agreement' which has a clause that the 'Client agrees to pay $500 as an initial retainer', please see attached 'Bombard2' picture. Puzzled by this, I asked Jeremy for clarification and what the $500 fee was for. I was told that the initial consultation was not charged, and after that the $500 retainer would be applied to any outstanding balance. Please see 'Bombard 3' attached screen shot. Still thinking this is ludicrous, I went along thinking the $500 would be the cost of the whole thing. Not a great price at all, but at this point I really just needed the contract done. Jeremy calls me up on Memorial Day to get some information about what's needed in the contract. Says he should have something by the end of the week, I say no rush as my other party joining this is in the middle of a move herself and to just let me know when it's completed. Get another email from Jeremy asking for clarification for a few things, and then finally I'm hit with a $437.50 charge for Jeremy's time on this contract. This is where things get infuriating, as I spoke to several lawyers in the meantime whom informed me something like this should take an hour or two tops to make. Price all in should be around $250-$300 max. As you can see with these pictures, I ended up paying $937.50 after being quoted $175 an hour for the job. If we take Jeremy's original offer, he supposedly took 5 and a half hours to write this contract that he ended up giving me 3 weeks late. The icing on the cake is I was let go from my employer yesterday and am looking into legal matters for unpaid overtime this past winter. Jeremy informs me he does not handle termination suits, but refers me to his buddy who would 'Take good care of me'. After an initial half hour on the phone with his 'buddy' attorney, I'm quoted at $300 an hour for the job, told I probably don't have a case at all but should start writing a 'Demand Letter' and send it to him for his approval. Oh and just so I knew, Jeremy would likely be getting some piece of the supposedly tough to get the upcoming payout for a referral. Instantly declined this lawyer's service and said I do not want to move forward with him, then thought it would be best to share my experience with Bombard Law for anyone whom is considering hiring Jeremy for their legal needs.
I just switched to Rachel several weeks ago after being with a very established large firm in Boston that had no direction in my case not to mention cost me thousands. Just in the initial phone call Rachel took the time to listen, ask poinient questions, and assure me that she could provide strong representation. Rachel is fearless, has a tremendous track record and is compassionate to the ever- changing emotions that coincides with divorce. She keeps you in the loop every-step of the way with kindness, clearity and detailed explanations. Rachel stream-lined a game plan that made me feel I was no longer on the "defense" and could confidently go on the "offense" in the best interest of my family. This is invaluable! Although we're still in the process as it is a very messy situation. Rachel's focus, determination and constant positive support has never waivered. She is the "life preserver" or "beacon of hope" that is guiding me though the complications and frustration of a toxic situation and a major life transition.
After my slip and fall accident, the Law Offices of Joel H. Schwartz was terrific. I felt that that Steven really cared about me and the personal attention that he gave me was amazing. He was so attentive and responsive to my needs. You are in good hands with this firm.
I have just started working with attorney Deanna on my divorce. I hired her after speaking with two other law offices. I liked the fact that she responded to me with actual rates and straightforwardly educated me about the process. During our first meeting she gave me as much time as I needed, without checking the watch. I am convinced that with her help, I will be able to go throughout my divorce with less bitter experience.
Attorney Jacob Simon is a very professional hard working individual. He helped me tremendously with my case. I'm very fortunate to have had the opportunity to have him work with me.
Attorney Mohammed took his time to explain every detail of my case with care. I never felt I was in this thing alone, it’s my first time ever giving someone that kind of trust with my issues. And I’m glad that I did, I know now whenever I’m in a situation the Law Offices of Ismail Mohammed will be right there for me.
Dedication, dedication, dedication!!! Came through for me in all ways when I was down and out. Words can not explain the level of service and quality how happy and releived that I hired him. He knows his stuff in and out and it really shows in the court room with his quiet unassuming confidence which comes from a superior knowledge of the law and being over prepared. My bankruptcy hearing was so fast I didn't even know it was over and they had to tell me twice it was over and I could go home.
No problems yet !!
Brandy was great. She tightened up a separation agreement which with her help finally got approved by the court to file for divorce. I would highly recommend Brandy. She is also very responsive and sympathetic.
Just started with him and seems confident to our needs.
Awesome, choice, thank you
