- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Travel, lashes, extra time spent are added to the final payment and will be discussed prior to us meeting. Also, a $25 deposit is required to secure your appointment and is non-refundable if canceled.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?My typical process is to build a bond (long lasting or temporary) with a customer listening attentively to what the customer has to say and her request. Also, what happens in the chair stays in the chair. Because, often times conversations tend to get very deep and nobody would want their business out there so i’m very diligent about conversations that my customers and i have during our sessions or conversations they have over the phone while attending their appointments.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I work in beauty at a high end retail store and know different techniques to use on different clients. I also practice and train on a regular basis.
