Introduction: Karla is a graduate of the prestigious Cambridge School of Culinary Arts in Cambridge, MA and has experience cooking numerous types of cuisine. Her passion for food and the Culinary Arts is evident in everything that she does. Karla has over a decades worth of experience cooking in restaurant, catering, and private kitchens. Her friendly, hands on approach allows you to become comfortable in your own kitchen and with your own cooking skills. Personally she has cooked for for many notable celebrities including Sheryl Crow and Multi-Grammy Award Winner Terrance Simien and The Zydeco Experience. Karla also holds a certificate in Nutrition which allows her to take into consideration any dietary needs. Currently she works with clients and students in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, And New York. In 2011 Karla co-founded KMKCreatives a personal chef service company but has since found her passion in teaching others how to be successful and confident in their own kitchens.
