Very quick to come over and work was done properly it seems. However, prices were beyond industry expectations set by thumbtack and online forums (1.5-2x). Was not quoted total up front and told the reason for the quote is that the "cartridge used is expensive." When I googled the part, it was quite affordable. Discussed with owner and he apologized for the miscommunication but would not reduce the rate.
