My Name is Antonio Santos , I went to school with Adelino Vicente at Brockton high. One of his agents is my cousin Isabel Barros. Those are the initial reasons I decided to go with Vicente realty. I wanted to support people I knew in the city but at the end of the day , regardless of personal connection I can say without bias , they were a great choice . Isabel is very professional , she showed us a lot of houses and helped us make bids on the few we actually liked. Adelino was very involved with the process as well and gave his advice along the way. Not long after the process and waiting we found a beautiful home with every thing we needed in a great neighborhood . Just today an electrician he recommended completed an upgrade at a great cost. My property was SOLD this week by Adelino Vicente, Vicente Realty, LLC. Although there were some setbacks & frustrations along the way due to unforeseen situations which were out of Vicente Realtys control, it was an overall POSITIVE experience. This task wouldnt have been accomplished without their dedication and perseverance! Vicente Realty treats their clients with utmost respect. They conduct their business with a high level of professionalism and Jose and I enjoyed working with Adelino and his outstanding team! This was indeed a team effort. Nonetheless I am compelled to reflect on our personal experience with Adelino as he went above & beyond with his service. Adelino is an efficient, motivated and conscientious Broker who works around the clock and puts forth every effort to satisfy his clients needs. He values his clients viewpoints and includes his clients in every decision making process. I am a busy professional, I need someone who is efficient, answers my calls, texts, and emails when decisions need to be made. I met Adelino Vicente over 5 years ago, and we connected well. Since then, anything real estate related I trust his quick decision making skills, I love his negotiation skills, and his advices. Although, I am a real estate agent I still hire him to sell my properties . I am a banker and real estate investor and my time is limited. I dont practice real estate full time, therefore I put everything in his hands to market, negotiate, and sell. So far, I must say its been one of the most important decision in my business. I am a real estate investor and also a real estate agent. I still hire Adelino Vicente with Vicente Realty, to sell some of my properties because I am super busy remodeling and managing several projects and so on. Adelino have been able to take 3-4 property of nine from start to finish for me smoothly. I highly recommend him. He is great.
