Part of my roof is flat and was leaking after the heavy rainfall a few weekends ago. I hired Jose to replace the roof as past repairs didn't last very long. Jose replaced the roof in two days and it hasn't leaked since. I am hopeful it will stay that way after the fast approaching winter and snow, only time will tell. So far pleased with the quality of workmanship.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very transparent and fair I always try to give a fair price and if there is a big job I can always try to give a discount to the customer for doing a big project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start by asking what they need done on the property and then I can get an idea of what it is, then I go and see the project and give an estimate and there I can give a price for the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The training I have, has been acquired on the field, I have learned next to very skilled workers and I have been in the industry for a long time.
