These guys are fantastic! I own a Victorian 3-story built in 1890 that’s really needed some love to bring it back to its former glory. The last “new roof” was either fraud or a hack job, shortly before I bought the house - new shingles hammered over a rotting, 100 y.o. substrate. No vents. You can imagine the state of the wood. Same with my soffits - a lot of rotten hack work. Blue Rhino came over, inspected the roof (they were so disturbed at what they found they wanted me to join them on the roof so I could see how bad things were. (I went for photos instead.) In the end they repaired the soffits and replaced the roof in a week with a VERY industrious crew of 5 men and two women. Huzzah! 10 year warranty on the work; 50 year warranty on all materials. I’d hire them again on a heartbeat. They’ve restored my faith that some contractors really do show up on time and do what they said they’d do. Bravo!

They were very responsive and punctual. They did a good job with our roof and they were very professional. Starting from the inspection by Joe to finishing by Jose, we’re informed about what they’d do and what to expect. They didn’t take a picture of a part for the updated work and I complained. The next day the team showed up again to take pictures of it. One opportunity for improvement is that the workers were waiting for some time during our job as someone went to get some materials needed. As a result the overall task took longer than we/they expected. Once they had everything, the task went smoothly. Will hire again if needed.

BR was great, they came out inspected the roof, found it was not a fascia board but the chimney that was leaking. Other’s had come out and said it was the flashing but it’s a brand new roof. So they figured out what the actual issue was instead of just telling me it was the brand new flashing that was to be replaced. So thank you Blue Rhino, your team was fantastic to work with!

Prices that are too good to be true A roof has a high price, but that's because of the labor involved and the roof should last 30-50 years. Our workmanship is excellent and we only use high-quality products
