- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation to understand the issue, then schedule an inspection. After the inspection, we provide a detailed estimate and explain the scope so you know exactly what to expect. Once approved, we set a date, complete the work, and follow up to make sure everything meets your expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained and certified by major roofing manufacturers, including GAF, CertainTeed, and Owens Corning, which ensures we follow their approved installation standards. We also maintain all required state licenses and business registrations and completed the OSHA 10‑hour safety training. We stay updated on building codes, best practices, and insurance‑claim documentation to make sure every project is done safely and correctly.
