While Jair was very nice and punctual, and even offered to do more than I had originally asked, he broke some of the drawers and a stabilizing middle piece on my dresser and did not fix them, forgot the feet to my couch, and scratched the heck out of the hardwood floors of my rental (photos attached). I gave him extra money for the extra labor but after seeing the job I regret it. I wish he had taken better care and just did what I asked instead of offering to do more. I think it made him rush instead of taking the time required.
