FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Email or Thumbtack messages are the best methods of communication, as they offer both you and I easy to understand needs and updates which can be referred back to at any time. Any projects I take from Thumbtack will be exclusively discussed through this platform.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

There are a number of critical things which any good professional will ask you about before they can start to gauge how much work will be involved (and therefore, cost). Thinking about these and having answers ready upfront when you initiate talking to a potential pro will save you time and money! - What are you looking for from a new or updated website? What's the end goal? - Do you have assets/content ready, such as logo files or photos ready to use? - Who will be writing the text content for the site? - What are the "make or break" features you need for the site? - How flexible is your budget? (We ask about budgets because, if you can't cover the expected cost, we may be able to compromise the end result to accomodate)
