We had two mini-splits that had stopped cooling. The condenser was on our roof in an extremely inaccessible place. Minuteman rented an extremely long ladder just to get this job done. It took 3 appointments given how poorly positioned our equipment was, but they fixed it perfectly and easily could have given up given the complication. We're grateful for their dedication.

Had some very corroded water pipes in the basement of a house I just bought - Wayne and Cam came over the same day: Knew exactly what I was looking to do. Laid out the exact details on the scope of work. Gave me an estimate within mins. Got to work immediately. Two hours later pipes were brand new and water was back on. Incredible service and attention to the customer need. They didnt sell me on it at all but I signed up for the membership plan immediately because I knew Id be using them again for any future plumbing/HVAC job. Well done!
