To work with Molly is a true blessing. She's not only a gifted practitioner, but a deeply caring intuitive soul. After just one session, she's already offered me such profound support and guidance. It is exceptional to work with someone who is so gifted at guiding you back to the fullness of who you are. It is holistic healing in the truest sense. I feel changed and so appreciative of the physical, emotional and spiritual transformation that Molly has facilitated within me. She followed up to check in with me the day after our session, and sent me beautiful healing energy when I especially needed it. I felt extraordinarily well cared for. Molly is a gift!

I am very grateful for the help and guidance Jane provided in helping me declutter and organize two rooms in my home. Jane showed me how to develop an organizing system to make it easier to put things away and to find them when needed. When Jane first arrived we discussed my goals and needs, then she outlined a plan of action and we got right to work. Jane was great at using containers at hand to organize materials. She offered great suggestions for recycling/donating goods. Jane was punctual, arriving on time and working the entire contracted time. Jane has a great attitude and disposition for helping others. I would certainly recommend Jane for a home organizing project.

Ian did an excellent job! I am mid-life in career and needed someone to update my resume. Ian combined all of my work experience, updated my layout and advised me on what content was important. I was proud of my resume after Ian completed it. Resumes are so important and I couldn't have trusted it with anyone better. Ian offers other services, as well. I will be utilizing every resource that Ian can offer. He's intelligent, strategic and, above all, an honest & interesting guy. Thank you, Ian.

Jane is a pleasure to work with, super knowledgable in her field, always provides recommendations and is very flexible. Not only does she have a huge heart, she will make your life easier by listening more than talking. She will look into your home surroundings, establish priorities and give you guidance on the best organizational elements to fit your lifestyle. Yes, its not a standard approach rather custom to your needs, she is up to date on recent tools in organizational space as well and will drop you a note whenever she feels there is something you and your family can benefit from. I would recommend Jane to my family and friends, I look forward to working with her more in the future.

Chavi is an amazing meditation teacher and a divine human being. I attended her first meditation class in Cambridge and immediately knew that she was the real deal. Over the course of the next year or so my meditation practice grew and blossomed in such deep and beautiful ways I couldn't even have imagined. Chavi's gentle meditation guidance and discussions after meditation are very helpful and help bring a deeper level of understanding. I moved South for work and miss her very much. I still use her meditation techniques and am so grateful for her.

I love Monica Dubay and her complete dedication to being on purpose as only each individual can express uniquely. She guided me to claim more of my true Self and freedom so my light beams brighter for others to come along. I worked weekly with Monica as my spiritual life coach at Heal Your Mind Heal Your Life for 6 months. She guided gently with full integrity so I experienced complete trust in being open and vulnerable with potentially “embarrassing secrets”. Monica combines deep spiritual preparation and personal clearing work with effective methodology. She is assisted by highly developed intuitive guidance. She sensed which of my mis-beliefs would yield the most foundational awakening when I brought them to light and cleared them. It usually started with me fussing in fits and starts about some situation or personal reaction—without much focus—and she would hone in on a statement I held with strong attachment, like “I have to do things forever.” “I am not free to stop what I have started.” She would take me through questioning my thoughts, yet always left choices that are mine in free will with me. I laugh now to think that I could have run out of gold mine topics for healing. I often left a session disoriented and needed a day or to allow changes in my thoughts to integrate with my truth. I gained a comfort with the process and can use it now with myself and others. I was under construction and experienced steady, continual opening every week. I know I am up-leveling and expanding continuously. Go for it! Your happiness is waiting for you. Nancy Fitzgerald, June 2017, Amesbury, MA

Crystal is my friend. We have been friends for about 5 years. In that five years, she has drastically changed the quality of my life. Neither of us realized it, it just happened. When we met, I worked part time at a retail job that I didn't want to go to anymore. I lived with my grandmother at 28 years old and I drove a 1998 Buick that was in pretty rough shape. Today, I have a successful career doing something that I love to do. I drive a new Jeep which is what I have always wanted and I live with my girlfriend. I am very happy with my life and I know that if I had never met Crystal, it's not very likely that I would be where I am today.

Working with Jen has been the single most impactful thing I’ve done in getting closer to understanding who I really am and the life I really want to create. And, for the first time, probably ever – I accept and love myself fully and unapologetically. I am still a work in progress, but I am so proud of being able to finally make empowered decisions confidently, and speak up for what I truly want. And, being totally present and intentional in life is just so rewarding! I am happier and choosing to live life my way. Blessed and beyond grateful for Jen’s gentle and strong, nurturing and motivating, loving and unrelenting support, guidance and desire for my success and happiness.

My husband and I have been meeting with Wendy over the last two years, since we got married. Wendy has provided personalized guidance and advice for our particular situation. I appreciated how Wendy used the knowledge she has about our specific lives and circumstances to tailor her advice. I have already used some of the good guidance given, and some I still have to utilize.

It's never been easy for me to open up to people, much less someone who is relatively a stranger. Rita was extremely patient with me and let me do whatever I needed to in order to feel more comfortable. Her attitude is very down to earth and open minded, and she's very comforting, never condescending. I honestly can't imagine how I'd make it through the past few months without her help and guidance.

        What is a life coach?

A professional, accredited life coach works with people to help them make important changes in their life, either growing in their profession or changing gears in their personal lives. They help clients turn their dreams or wishes into realistic, attainable goals. They guide people through the process of making life changes by helping them evaluate the steps they must take to reach a particular goal, then help them decide how — and whether — to take those steps in the most efficient, effective and rewarding way possible. A life coach acts as a motivator, strategist and accountability partner. Unlike a therapist, a life coach doesn’t help solve problems from your past — they’re focused on helping you move forward with new ways of acting and thinking that will help you reach your goals. Some people specialize in particular types of life coaching, including life balancing coaches, small business coaches, executive coaches and personal finance coaches. Some meet clients in person, while others hold consultations over the phone.

Regardless of which type of life coach you’re interested in, make sure the person holds an International Coach Federation (ICF) credential. There are three tiers of credentials: Associate, Professional and Master, which require coaching experience ranging from 100 hours to 2,500 hours.

        What is a career coach?

If you’re interested in furthering your career and want expert help, a career coach is a smart solution. A career coach is a professional you hire to guide you during a job search or a career transition, or to help you improve and advance in your current position. A career coach analyzes your work situation and learns what your professional goals are. They then create a strategy to help you achieve your targets. Throughout the process they should provide objective feedback and guide you in approaching the process strategically. Here are some of the tools and tasks a career coach may assist you with:

        • Helping you build a strong resume that reflects your work history, potential, and skills
        • Coaching for interviews and strategies for solid answers built around your resume and the target job
        • Defining your career goals
        • Creating a plan for job searching
        • Improving networking strategies and skills
        • Developing strategies for negotiating raises or promotions
        • Assessing why you’re not getting where you want to go
        • Identifying new positions or career opportunities that fit your skills

How much does a life coach cost?

A life coach helps clients set and reach professional and personal goals, develop positive habits, and deal with stress. Some people meet with a life coach once or twice, while others form an ongoing professional relationship, meeting regularly in person or on the phone. The average national cost to meet with a life coach ranges from $80 to $130 an hour. Some coaches offer per-session pricing, especially for one-time meetings; expect to pay an average of $100-$125. People who want to work with a coach over a period of time to explore life transitions, career growth or lifestyle changes may be able to get discounted pricing in a package. For example, three 60-minute sessions cost an average of $300, four 60-minute sessions cost an average of $350, and four 60- to 90-minute sessions plus unlimited contact between sessions cost an average of $400. Some specific types of coaching, such as relationship or marriage coaching, cost more than standard life coaching. For instance, three 60-minute relationship coaching sessions cost an average of $500, four 60-minute sessions cost an average of $550, and six 60- to 90-minute sessions cost an average of $650 when purchased as a package. Training and experience can also affect the cost of hiring a life coach. An Associate Certified Coach, who holds a certification that requires only 60 hours of training and 100 hours of coaching experience, will charge less than a Master Certified Coach, who typically has at least 200 hours of training and 2,500 hours of coaching experience.

        Why is career counseling important?

Career counseling can help you discover your career path, help you overcome challenges preventing you from finding happiness in your job, or help you learn more about career opportunities that are available to you. Career counselors are typically counselors who specialize in helping guide people into their best career choices. As professionals, they have typically completed a master’s degree in counseling with a focus on career counseling and bring a nuanced understanding of the emotional blocks that prevent someone from doing what they love or getting ahead in their current position. Here are some of the ways that career counseling can help:

        • Identify your skills and talents and how they correlate to different career paths
        • Educate you about the educational requirements for launching in various careers and what earnings can look like
        • Help you understand the kind of environment you want to work in, and which careers are best suited for that
        • See opportunities to transfer your existing skill set to other career areas
        • Help you identify causes of tension or unhappiness in your current career and how to overcome those difficulties
        • Help you create a game plan for moving forward
        • Provide a safe space for you to understand your feelings about career choices you’re making

How much does it cost to hire a career coach?

A career coach provides one-on-one sessions to help you reach your career goals or overcome any challenges you’re having in your career path. The cost to have career coaching can vary based on factors such as the number of sessions you purchase at one time and the experience and rates of your counselor. Career counselors are typically professionals who have earned at least a master’s degree in their field. Based on their academic background, supplemental certifications they have received, and any postdoctoral work they have done, their rates may vary. Typically career counselors offer reduced rates when you sign on for their services on an ongoing basis. A typical price range for career counseling services (nationally) could be $75-$150 per session. Remember to always ask if the career counselor offers a complimentary introductory session. You want to make sure the relationship will be the right personality and counseling style fit to help launch your confidence and upcoming career changes.

Hire skilled professionals for absolutely everything.
