All estimates start with a free on-site consultation. Pricing is transparent—hourly rates are quoted upfront, and materials are billed at cost with no markup.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Initial Contact: I reach out through your preferred channel—whether via the app, or a direct message—to discuss your project details. 2) Task Review: In my initial message, I ask you to share photos of the job or arrange an on-site estimate for an accurate quote. 3) Estimate & Schedule: Within 24 hours, you receive a detailed written estimate and a proposed timeline. 4) Service Delivery: I arrive on time, complete the work efficiently, and tidy up the workspace before I leave. 5) Walkthrough & Payment: We review the completed work together, make any necessary touch-ups, and finalize payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a handyman who learned on the job by working alongside experienced contractors and tackling a wide range of projects. Over the years I’ve refined my skills through hands-on experience, online tutorials, and by staying current with best practices in home repair.
