Brent is a terrific handyman. He performed a number of household tasks for me, including painting, installing kitchen hardware, and replacing a bathroom fan. The quality of his work was top-notch across the board, starting with his careful prep for each task and following through to completion. Furthermore, Brent is a knowledgeable and friendly resource. He took the time to explain to me what he was doing and why, keeping me informed throughout the process and giving me countless helpful tips and recommendations. The next time I need anything done, I'll be turning to Brent again.

Working with Brent was a great experience! He was able to replace my AC unit quickly but carefully, and was a massive help for getting the new unit from my car up to my apartment (it was super heavy!). So appreciative of him and his work, and I will definitely give him a ring in the future for any projects I might need. He took the time to explain everything to me and took steps to ensure that the unit was in securely. Would definitely recommend Brent to anyone who needs a hand! Thank you!

Hired Watson for a diverse job getting an apartment ready to rent. A mix of aggravating small tasks of different nature. A faucet here a plug there some patching of wallboard trimming of doors. And so on. Watson was in good humor throughout. He worked steadily to conclusion and his prices were more than fair so much so that I tossed in a tip.
We own numerous apartments in several communities over many years. Repair people come snd go. Most are little better than crooks with a saw and a screwdriver. Watson is the real deal. A man of honor in a savage world.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most general work and small repairs work out to an hourly rate that can be discussed and scoped.
Appliance installations have a flat fee for standard installations. If plumbing or electrical does not meet code, additional labor will be needed to finish the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For all clients, I discuss the products and ideas the client wants to accomplish. I ask for photos of the area that needs work to get a better scope and discuss possible obstacles or outcomes.
For smaller projects, I meet with the client on the day of work
For larger projects, I will visit for a consultation and return with a quote for materials and labor within 7 days.
After completing the work, I provide photos of the work done, the labor and materials, and additional things to look out for in the future.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-2 years as a Kitchen Designer
-5 years working with Lowe's in installation office( coordination and quality control)
-BS in Mechanical Engineering Tech from Purdue University
