I had the opportunity to work with Eric in some private coaching sessions. I am a very busy mom with a lot of big dreams for my small country property and leaving my career to pursue my passions.
I was struggling a lot with moving forward in every area of my life. The daily grind of being a mom, a shift worker and taking care of a busy household AND taking care of myself was debilitating me.
Although we only had a short time together, I was able to receive a lot of value from Eric. He has a powerfully clam and grounding presence which made me feel at ease and comfortable talking to him. When we began working together, I really wanted to dive in and start "fixing" everything in my life. Eric helped me take a step back and look at all my problems and daily grind differently. Working with the tools he gave me helped me to shift my lens and begin to see my life from a new perspective. It was from this space I started to think clearer and take more meaningful actions. It really is a journey that begins within! Eric did a great job reminding me of my true purpose. :)

I am writing this review on behalf of my daughter, whom I sponsored coaching. She's 25 years old and was having trouble with self-confidence and overall motivation for life. After a few sessions with Eric, my husband and I started noticing a change in our daughter. Eric is still working with her and each month we see a marked difference. I wasn’t entirely clear what it meant to have a personal coach when I started working with Eric. He was really supportive in helping me understand some hang ups I was having with relating to others at home and work. Over the course of 6 months the work we did together changed my life. I highly recommend and I plan to join his group coaching program next.

I was hesitant about committing to a 4-month coaching program, but I am so glad I jumped in. At the time, I was new in my business and full of so much fear and worry. Personal coaching fees are a set monthly rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process starts with a discovery call. This is an interview format discussion where each party asks their questions. From there, I offer a sample coaching session. When the prospect decides to work with me, we complete the paperwork and schedule the recurring weekly meeting.
