I have used many companies before using Princess Maid Service, and I was very unsatisfied. I hired Princess Maid Service for a move out cleaning, they did a wonderful job, thats why I decided to have them for a biweekly cleanings, and I am very happy with them I even gave them my house key because I know I can trust them... I would recommend this company to everyone.

The service was great for the first two month, but then the company started sending a different cleaning team to my house. The new team did not clean my home as thoroughly, and often times did not clean the bathroom at all, and would leave the trash out on our porch. Calling was useless because no one answers the phone, and they rarely get back to you. When I did reach someone they would assure me that they would take care of it. I cancelled my service yesterday after coming home to a dirty bathroom and living room floor, and more trash on my porch.
