The whole experience was fantastic. Right off the bat with their quick reply in the app with details and coherent next steps, a reasonable and accurate quote, they moved my date when I was sick without a hitch, they called an hour before arrival and arrived on time. They wrapped the furniture and more delicate items and handled everything with care. Super friendly movers, great attitude and work ethic. Did the whole studio move in 3 hours (as estimated). I’m a very happy customer. Would highly recommend.

These guys were great. They packed up and relocated a chaotic 1 br studio to an equally chaotic destination. They took apart and then rebuilt my overly complicated bedframe in record time. Friendly, efficient, and quick. No problems at all, totally recommend.

They showed up FIVE hours early. I was not ready and still asleep; they told me "management told us to come now." I booked a specific time in the afternoon and received an email confirmation 24 hours prior. The movers would not leave and come back at the scheduled time, so I had no choice but to scramble and make the best of it.

I had a great experience with Move On, and specifically with my 2 movers, Yury and Jene! I was moving furniture from a Boston apartment to 2 locations in Rhode Island (a home and storage). We couldn’t fit the couch through the doors, and immediately Yury and Jene offered to temporarily remove the doors so that we could successfully move the couch. There were no damages or mistakes throughout the whole move, and the hourly rate was great in comparison to other local movers. I would highly recommend this moving company, and especially Yury and Jene!

Movers 5 stars, Office Staff 2 stars. The 2 movers were super! They went above and beyond. But I wish the person booking my appointment would have known from my pictures and description that 3 or 4 movers would have been appropriate. Also the movers came w/o any water or gatorade. I'm more than happy to provide but it is not something i would think about b/c I'm busy moving and keeping the cats and dogs in side, and still packing. I would think the biz owner would want to keep their movers hydrated in this hot summer, moving heavy items.
