- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate is $75. The minimum duration of a session is 4 hours and the maximum is 7 hours. The number of sessions needed depends on the project, the level of organizing you desire and how quickly you can make decisions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is no fixed plan that would work for everyone. From small-scale projects to larger organizational needs, I customize solutions and schedules that work for you. We work side-by-side during the process, transferring skills and knowledge as we go. I can do some preparation work on my own, if needed, but the final decision making is yours. The purpose is to reduce your belongings, if you feel you need to, and organize everything in an efficient way for you and your family, using primarily the bins, containers, shelves etc you already own. So, we need to get into this together. I have a flexible schedule to meet your needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been reading a lot and taking multiple classes through the ICD (Institute for Challenging Disorganization®). This not for profit organization provides education and training to professional organizers and related professionals who specialize in working with the population affected by chronic disorganization. I am happy to announce that I have earned the following certificates, so far: -Certificate of Study in Chronic Disorganization -Certificate of Study in Life Transitions and the Client Affected by CD -Certificate of Study in Health Issues and Conditions -Certificate of Study in ADHD -Certificate of Study in Client Management -Certificate of Study in Interpersonal Intelligence -Certificate of Study in Students and Learning Theories 📘 📚 📖 📓 I will continue improving my abilities, skills, and knowledge so that I can offer you the best organizing experience possible.
