My main goal is to create a space that works for you and your family (or associates) lifting the burden of a stressful environment and turning it into a functional, peaceful place.
I work side by side with my clients so that they can begin to feel empowered by gaining knowledge and skills around organizing. This helps them take decisions with confidence and improve their mindset regarding their belongings, their space and the whole process of staying organized.
I believe that the issue of organizing a space is subjective. I think it is of the utmost importance for your space to be functional for you. Sometimes this may mean that it doesn't look "Instagram" perfect. For some, uniformity is synonymous with organized while others may find uniformity oppressive. I can help you find the balance.
I have a working experience of nearly ten years as a CPA in Greece so I have dealt with a lot of paperwork overtime. Paper-management and filing systems are things I can help both businesses and individuals with. I am familiar with bookkeeping and accounting processes and I can work on your files in a way that will make your bookkeeping easier and your tax consultant happier when tax season arrives.

Working with Grace was a wonderful experience. I wanted expert help to configure a sustainable system for keeping my clothes and various small items that I accumulated and want to keep, but never know where to store.
She did a marvelous job doing exactly that. My closet/storage spaces never looked better, but now sorted in a way that will save me time from rummaging every bin and storage space to figure out where things are when I need them. She came equipped with helpful tools such as labels and electronic cord ribbons.
She was also a great company to work alongside together, calm and personable. She was not at all overbearing or pushy, and made sure what she’s doing is what I want.
She also respected my budget and was kind about it, while making the most out of the time I could afford.
Overall a really positive experience and I would highly recommend her to anyone.
And if it matters to you, she has great taste—Winnie the Pooh fan!

I just moved into an apartment and needed help unpacking and more. I use a walker and am very limited in tackling tasks involved. Grace was so nice, patient and accommodating. She insisted that I relax and let her do all the work. She did an amazing job of unpacking, organizing, disposing trash and recycling boxes. She also made a few suggestions that made me think - do I really use or need to keep everything? My apartment is very small and I have way too much stuff, downsizing and all. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate is $90. The minimum duration of a session is 4 hours and the maximum is 8 hours. The number of sessions needed depends on the project, the level of organization you desire and how quickly you can make decisions.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is no fixed plan that would work for everyone. From small-scale projects to larger organizational needs, I customize solutions and schedules that work for you. We work side-by-side during the process, transferring skills and knowledge as we go.
I can do some preparation work on my own, if needed, but the final decision making is yours. The purpose is to reduce your belongings, if you feel you need to, and organize everything in an efficient way for you and your family, using primarily the bins, containers, shelves etc you already own. So, we need to get into this together. I have a flexible schedule to meet your needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been reading a lot and taking multiple classes through the ICD® (Institute for Challenging Disorganization®). This not for profit organization provides education and training to professional organizers and related professionals who specialize in working with the population affected by chronic disorganization.
