Hello! I am Grace, a Certified Professional Organizer® offering non-judgmental support for home organizing, moving, downsizing & more. I am an ICD® (Institute for Challenging Disorganization) subscriber & specialist in chronic disorganization, ADHD, hoarding & aging. I have a working experience of nearly ten years as a CPA in Greece so I have dealt with a lot of paperwork overtime. Grace helped me size down and organize my belongings in preparation for a recent move. It honestly felt like a daunting and overwhelming task and I didnt even know where to start. She was very practical, methodical, kind and positive! Grace did an amazing job with my messy closet! She was very kind and patient in order to sort out my clothes (what I needed and what I did not anymore) and organize them into the closet. She asked me how my daily routine was and tried to adjust the clothes placement accordingly. I was very pleased with the result, and during the following days I realized that I spent less time putting an outfit together!   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My hourly rate is $90. The minimum duration of a session is 4 hours and the maximum is 7 hours. The number of sessions needed depends on the project, the level of organizing you desire and how quickly you can make decisions.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    There is no fixed plan that would work for everyone. From small-scale projects to larger organizational needs, I customize solutions and schedules that work for you. We work side-by-side during the process, transferring skills and knowledge as we go. I can do some preparation work on my own, if needed, but the final decision making is yours. The purpose is to reduce your belongings, if you feel you need to, and organize everything in an efficient way for you and your family, using primarily the bins, containers, shelves etc you already own. So, we need to get into this together. I have a flexible schedule to meet your needs.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have been reading a lot and taking multiple classes through the ICD® (Institute for Challenging Disorganization®). This not for profit organization provides education and training to professional organizers and related professionals who specialize in working with the population affected by chronic disorganization.
