- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
- Complimentary 30-minute Consultation - $25/hour for 60 minutes - $45 for up to 90 minutes - $20 per additional 30 minutes after 90 minutes Time is billed in 30-minute increments beyond the first hour. Sessions under 60 minutes are billed at the 1-hour rate. I’ll always confirm before extending time. All sessions can be done remotely via Chrome Remote Desktop or Zoom for your convenience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would love to learn more about the problems you are having with your technology and what you need from it. We can then create a plan of action together and take it from there!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a skilled data analyst who holds a degree in Business Administration from Babson College and a Master in City Planning from MIT. I am also multidisciplinary artist trained in graphic design, mapping, data analytics, and strategy.
