- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Arranging fees for your services is tedious and time consuming. Non wants to charge fees for there services when it is something you love to do. But since the airlines removed commissions, they seem to think we can work for free. So we have had to design a fee system for booking on line, booking with a human, booking mobil and booking for corporate or vacations!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly traveling, studying and applying for certification in any new destination. It is on going!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My family moved to diffent parts of the country when I was still in college. My father who had just as much of a bug to travel as me loved to visit them and see everything around where they were from state to state. AFter leaving the teaching profession I studied for in school, I wanted something fun and exciting and I have been a travel professional ever since.
