Paul has been extremely professional to date. While we were waiting for our apartment to rent out, he had to coordinate several things for us and as a result make several trip to the apartment. Even though we offered to pay him, he refused. He hand picked the perfect tenant and has been paying us the rent on time. He has always returned our calls and addressed any questions/concerns we have had. We hope to have a long and fruitful business relationship with Marquis Management.

I'm another client of Paul's who can tell you that he just disappears. He still holds two full months of my tenant's rent, and he does not respond to emails or phone calls. Do not hire him.
