- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Peacock Properties, integrity and honesty, above all else, is our guarantee to all of our clients. That's why we are always upfront and forthright about our property management-related fees. If you have a question about how we calculate our fees, simply ask, we promise to answer you honestly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every new customer relationship begins with a complimentary consulation meeting. During this in-person meeting, you will meet our entire team, including our two co-founders, accountant, property managers, and customer relations and operations managers. This essential meet and greet will also give us the opportunity to get to know you and your needs better.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our entire team is very dedicated to continued education. In fact, we most recently became a member of the Community Assoications Institute, also known as CAI. CAI is an international membership organization that provides information, education and resources to the homeowner volunteers who govern communities and the professionals who support them.
