It was a great experience working with Charlie! He has been responsive since day 1 when I reached out to him throughout the backstairs repair process. He is patient answering my questions, provided a quote quickly, and delivered great work! He also visited the house ahead of the scheduled work date for measurement and getting the materials ready to ensure things were done smoothly and on time. The backstairs looks and works great now.
