Well, this is the first time I’m giving such a low rate. I chose her as my dog walker though thumbtack. We arranged a time and I was wishing to see her on time since she has a lot of positive ratings. However, it was half an hour pass the meeting time and I called twice trying to confirm her location. She did not call back, just texted back with some excuse. “There was a extreme emergency on one of the dogs, I do not have my phone with me”. Well, I understand things happen, but at least remember to notice the one you made a meeting with!
