These guys were even better than their reviews. I worked with Carlos and David. They treated my house like it was their own. They brought a commercial vacuum to eliminate dust from cutting holes for a vent installation. Who knew it was possible to be so courteous and clean.

David and crew were awesome! I had just purchased my first home back in December 2019 and our inspector had recommended that we get our vents cleaned. After talking to 4 different businesses, we went with PanAmerican. On the day of the cleaning, the crew was 5 minutes early, very respectful and kind, and got straight to work. They spent 5 straight hours, no break, on our vents. They showed us pictures throughout the cleaning process. At one point, one of the crew members wiped his hand in the vent and showed me how much dirt and dust has accumulated. Not a speck of dirt was left after they had completed the cleaning. I plan on hiring again when we think our vents are collecting dirt.

Davis was awesome ! He came first to see the job , then came with his crew to do the job. He even came back one 3rd time to do a minor dampers adjustment. Great service!! Highly recommended
