This was a completely seamless and painless transaction, right from the very beginning, when he responded almost immediately to our request for estimates...right through to the very end of the job when he walked out our front door. He was polite and accommodating, knowledgeable and agreeable. I was certain in the trust that I almost instantly felt for him.
I knew that it was okay for this man to be in my home, without a second thought or worry about it. He came to do the estimate and was able to do the work that same day. The price he quoted us was, honestly, less than what I had anticipated in my mind ..contractors can be so expensive, just to walk in the front door. As of right now, we are more than satisfied with the work that was done, which included replacing the faucet in one bathroom and repairing the drains in both tubs in both bathrooms.. he was also able to replace my toilet seat so that now when I sit down I don't feel like I'm going to slide off onto the floor hahaha! We will hire Taisuke foe aby and all plumbing related work that needs his expertise. Thank you so much!

We had an emergency plumbing issue with our kitchen sink and disposal. Taisuke responded immediately, was able to come out within 3 hours, and fixed the issue right away. Fair pricing, punctual work, and perfect communication. He even contacted my tenant ahead of time before he arrived at the building. I would absolutely work with him again.

Taisuke did an incredible job fixing a dynamic water hammer issue in our home. He was incredibly thorough, spending the necessary time to accurately diagnose the root cause behind the wall rather than rushing into a quick fix.
