Jerrard is easy to make arrangements for dropoff and pickup. The laptop charging port works great and his pricing for the work is reasonable. I know he did a quality job, because I had opened the laptop to see if it's something I thought I could do and messed up one of the screws which is now attached correctly and possibly replaced. Obviously I was not up for the task and I'm glad he was.
