All I can say is “wow!” He did an EXCELLENT job installing our new vinyl plank flooring. Sadly it took about 2 weekends just to rip out the old kitchen flooring, which he and my husband and I were not expecting, thanks to previous owners having layered the flooring. That was a job in itself! We had tile floors in the kitchen, and we wanted one cohesive floor throughout with no transition. What a great decision! Everything flows so beautifully. He was friendly, cleaned up after on the days they were done, and is just a great person all around. So happy we hired him. If you need floors installed, look no further. He is your man! Last pic is to show the height difference of the flooring in the kitchen. Crazy!

I'm a friendly, kind and meticulous individual who loves my work. I take great pride in all my jobs large and small.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to school at Chicopee Comp. Worked as a chemical engineer for 15 years at textile mill in the same town until the company moved overseas. I was very fortunate to meet a master tile setter who took me under his wing. I worked with him for about 10 years. Then I moved to the city and got a job with a high volume commercial flooring company. There I continued my training in all types of flooring products and applications. Now I am a project supervisor, overseeing large commercial jobs in hospitals and schools.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started over 20 years ago as an apprentice for a very particular master tile setter. He's the one that installed my level of detail and my approach to customer needs. I moved into the city and hooked up with a very busy commercial flooring company and I've been with them for over 15 years.
