Lisa has also been featured in several fitness magazines: Oxygen, Natural Muscle Magazine, WTF Magazine, and Shape.     Everyone says to me "I do not know why I cannot lose weight, I eat healthy." My suggestions are as follows: 1. JOURNAL your meals for a few days - Be honest with yourself, even the drinks, and little snackies you eat all day. Then look at the total calories, it adds up fast (How "healthy" are you really?) 2.
