- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Everyone says to me "I do not know why I cannot lose weight, I eat healthy." My suggestions are as follows: 1. JOURNAL your meals for a few days - Be honest with yourself, even the drinks, and little snackies you eat all day. Then look at the total calories, it adds up fast (How "healthy" are you really?) 2. EXERCISE 30 minutes a day - I know what you are thinking, No way! 30 mins a day? You betcha. Not only will you loose weight and see your body tighten up but you will feel better! Oh, and get this, HAVE MORE ENERGY. If you or anyone you know has high cholesterol, high blood pressure, or any other health issues, training and eating right can change YOUR health for the best! I know what works, and I can tell you what does NOT work: It's NOT a fad diet It's NOT an "I ate bad so I am going to walk/run 60 or 90 mins to burn off what I ate" It's DEFINITELY NOT "A magic pill" or "Skipping meals." I have a plan that works, and if you stick to the plan, you WILL SEE & FEEL THE RESULTS!
