When making my payment I requested a physical paper copy of the receipt be sent to me because my computer is not currently working properly and I cannot open or read the standard receipt he emailed to me. I appreciated the help from Safe Handy. The issue with my HVAC was just a disconnected flex duct. The technician came despite heavy morning traffic in Boston. He reconnected the flex duct and reset the water pump as it was locked. The company also gave good advice on future replacement of the pump to avoid similar situations from happening again. I will remember to call the company for my future projects.
