Jean saved the day for us. He was extremely responsive and came over within a couple hours of contacting him. He fixed our toilet and pipe issue that same day, which was leaking into our basement. The issue was causing a mildew smell and I’m amazed at how good the basement and closet smell now. We will be calling Jean for all future plumbing needs.
