- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I general quote based on the demand of the job. Whether it is a solo job or not? Whether the materials will be proved by me or the client? Would I require sub contractor to aid me to due to licensing? Time frame to complete? Etc
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Request for service, quote submitted, quote accepted, meet and greet, 50% payment issued, completion of job, last portion of payment issued, customers assessment of job, if approved and satisfied then a farewell is in order.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My previous experience is in law enforcement and military settings. If I have learn anything that would remotely relate to what I do now it would be the following values: is loyalty, duty, respect, selfless- service, honor, integrity, and personal courage. It would also include discipline and commitment.
