The results exceeded my expectations. I expanded the scope a bit by adding in my front porch to the deck porcine the and Wilter worked with me on the budget. He was very responsive. Brought color samples to help me select final color, repaired a broken board and removed items from porch with care. He seems to take pride in his work. Would hire again without reservation.
I contacted WKD about a garage demolition and Wilter came over that day to look things over and provided a quote. He was friendly and knowledgeable. A team came over the next day and competed the demolition and cleaned up in one day. Would recommend!
Wilter did great work. Showed up when he said he would, was great at communicating via text and email, did exactly what he was hired to do, and seems like a genuinely really nice guy. I'd highly recommend him, and have already referred him to my sister. My deck looks awesome now!

I had an excellent experience with WKD Construction. Communication from start to finish was outstanding.
They were very professional, at all times, and took great care to leave my property neat and tidy everyday.
They were even able to match the stain on the house exactly, which was impressive.
I found the price to be very reasonable.
I definitely would not hesitate to hire WKD Construction for any future project I may plan.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I general quote based on the demand of the job. Whether it is a solo job or not? Whether the materials will be proved by me or the client? Would I require sub contractor to aid me to due to licensing? Time frame to complete? Etc
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Request for service, quote submitted, quote accepted, meet and greet, 50% payment issued, completion of job, last portion of payment issued, customers assessment of job, if approved and satisfied then a farewell is in order.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My previous experience is in law enforcement and military settings. If I have learn anything that would remotely relate to what I do now it would be the following values: is loyalty, duty, respect, selfless- service, honor, integrity, and personal courage. It would also include discipline and commitment.
