Very responsive. Asked her to come over for a Move Out cleaning job. Came with 4 people and left the place SPOTLESS, and we had some nasty stains in the fridge and a ton of dust elsewhere, including the fan edges etc. Although she was a bit later than she said she would come (~1.5hr) , it was ok since it was Sept 1, which is the busiest move out day of the entire year and the entire city was completely blocked up with traffic. The fantastic cleaning job more than made up for it. I would highly recommend!

We hired Marcia to clean our apartment after we had finished packing and moving out all of our stuff. She came along with two other cleaners and they all worked away for over an hour and a half to make sure that they had done an absolutely outstanding job. Everything was spotless from the floors, walls and the counters to the fridge and the oven. My only regret is that we won't be able to use Marcia in the future now that we have moved away. Everything was very pleasant and straightforward. I can't recommend her and her team enough!

Marcia and her husband together spend 8 hours on a studio, scrubbed every inch of it. I will definitely ask for help again

Marcia cleaned my rather disorganized home and made it not only organized but a place I truly feel happy. She was extremely punctual which is always helpful when one has a busy schedule. At first I was concerned about the flat rate but she stays until the job is done I confess to being a bit on the sloppy side. Marcia and her husband went right to work. They organized my kitchen, which I thought was beyond organization. They made my living room bring me happiness and comfort. The bathroom looks great and she even found a cabinet I never knew existed. She was very careful not to throw away items I need and used her artistic intuition in making my apartment more homey. I strongly recommend her and know I will have her back.
