Had Ana and her colleague clean the common areas of my home and couldn't be happier. Highly recommend! 1)Work Quality: Did an amazing job — everything was spotless, especially the kitchen which was the main priority and toughest area. 2)Responsiveness: Super communicative throughout, both on the phone and through the app. Always replied promptly. 3)Professionalism: Came fully equipped with all their own supplies and didn't touch any of mine even when I offered. Very professional. 4)Punctuality: I asked them to arrive a few minutes earlier than scheduled due to a meeting, and they were completely understanding and made it happen without any issue. Will definitely be booking again!

This was my first time using a cleaning service. I recently bought a condo and was looking for a deep clean. Machados was the first to respond and offered same day service! Very punctual, came with everything needed, and got straight to business. They’re currently still in there doing amazing work, so stay tuned for the end result!
