Claudia and Jose spent 5 hours at my home today. They never stopped working. I needed help with some organization and then they cleaned my place. Their work is meticulous. Claudia and her team were amazing. They went up and beyond the work that I requested. This job consisted of an upscale condo that the tenant barely cleaned. The kitchen was filled with grease. Claudia had the place spotless and had the appropriate products to remove grease, remove mold and mildew, etc. I will definitely work with them again. They're one of the best services out there.

They were extremely thorough - they spent much longer in my apartment than two other cleaning services I've had come previously. The gentleman on the phone was very clear about the pricing structure also. My bathroom is like new, and also there are not extreme chemical odors from the cleaning supplies. They vacuumed under couch cushions and cleaned my microwave - great stuff, thank you!

I hired Rossetti to clean my elderly brother in law’s house that had not been cleaned in over a year. He is a collector and has a cat. It was a very big job!! They were responsive to our requests, delightful to deal with and did an amazing job. He said they were the best he ever had!

Rossetti did an amazing job on a very difficult deep clean. I had a tenant with hoarding tendencies and a poorly house trained dog who had trashed the apartment. I won’t get in to the gory details but it was gross! I booked Rossetti as soon as I knew the tenant was out. She had quoted me a price online, but once I saw the condition of the place I knew her estimate was too low. We renegotiated on the spot and I still feel like I paid a very reasonable price for the amount of work that was required. She and her crew did not slow down until the place was fully clean. In some rooms they had to mop 4 times to get up all the grime. They didn’t have a word of complaint. I will absolutely be using them again!

We usually get called for a free estimate at first. If they decide that they like the price, we’ll go ahead and schedule for a later date.

Our customers are mostly office managers, commercial building owners. But we do have some residential clients as well that we enjoy working with.
