- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the scope of the project, the materials required, and the time needed to complete the work properly. Every job is different, so I usually prefer to see the project in person or review photos before providing an accurate estimate. I focus on fair and transparent pricing with no hidden fees. My goal is to deliver high-quality work that lasts, using reliable materials and professional workmanship. For larger projects, a deposit may be required to schedule the work and secure materials. I’m always happy to discuss options and work with customers to find solutions that fit their budget while maintaining quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with a conversation to understand the customer’s needs and the details of the project. I usually ask for photos or schedule a visit to see the space in person so I can properly evaluate the work. After that, I provide a clear estimate outlining the scope of work, materials, and timeline. Once everything is approved, we schedule the project and prepare the area to begin the work. During the project, I keep communication open so the customer always knows the progress. When the job is complete, we review the work together to make sure everything meets expectations and the customer is fully satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed General Contractor with many years of hands-on experience in residential construction and remodeling. My training comes from both formal licensing requirements and extensive field experience managing and completing renovation projects. As a General Contractor, I am trained to understand building codes, construction methods, structural work, and project management. I regularly work on projects involving drywall installation, interior and exterior painting, flooring installation, tile work, bathroom and kitchen remodeling, trim carpentry, and general home renovations. Over the years I’ve worked on many residential projects, coordinating different trades and ensuring that the work meets local building codes and professional construction standards. This experience allows me to manage projects efficiently and deliver quality results for homeowners.
