Overall excellent experience. Highly recommend!! Antonio did have to reschedule once, but was very professional--let me know well ahead of time, was able to come the following day without issues. His quote was by far the best that I received. He worked very quickly and was meticulous, with great attention to detail. He was extremely friendly and pleasant. His work exceeded my expectations and I hope to hire him again to paint another room in my apartment.

It was a real pleasure to work with Mr. Lee. He was courteous, professional, polite and hard-working. He took right to the task at hand upon coming by to assess my snow removal needs. The job was completed in a timely manner and at a very reasonable price. I would call on him again for other services within his field.

When Marc showed up to remove one unit and install a new one we were unexpectedly meet with the surprise of a messy abandoned birds nest under the unit. Marc was determined to get the job done and terrific about helping with this time -consuming, unplanned and not very pleasant clean up. He wanted me to get my new unit in today as I had hoped and he made sure it happened. He was terrific and I would use him again in a heartbeat.

I was searching for a company to dismantle and dispose of a an old pine shed and removal of bushes to make way for a new shed. D.E. Carroll Construction responded quickly with a reasonable quote, and good questions about the site. Matt and I coordinated a date for a look at the site and within days the project was completed to my satisfaction. Matt and his team are extremely professional, and I look forward to working with them again on other projects.

Lathan has been a pleasure to work with! He is always very prompt when responding to questions and messages and his work is very thorough! He did a variety of work for us around the house, including redoing our bathroom backsplashes, painting and replacing our faucet sets. He also helped to mount our TV's and hung curtains and wall art for us. All of the work that he did was of the utmost quality! I will recommend him to all of my family/friends and will definitely hire him for any other jobs that we may have in the future!

(It only lets you pick up to three, but the work was high quality!) Bryan did great work finishing up my ceiling, and painting the walls and kitchen. Fast, efficient, reliable, and very reasonably priced. I was actually able to get a lot more painted as a result. I’ll definitely be calling him for more work in the future!

Marcio and team did a great job on the trim (floor, windows, doors) around our entire home. They worked quickly and around our schedule due to some life events. He and his team came back to do touch ups as needed.

Dealing with Marco was a dream. We hired his team to deal with a terrible peeling lead paint problem on the exterior of our 1920s home. Marco was professional and knowledgeable from the moment he arrived to look at the job and was proactive in pointing out things that needed to be done. He gave us a very competitive price and the team worked quickly and efficiently to remove the old paint, fix rotted trim, replace gutters and repaint the whole house. Marco recommended powerwashing the deck and garage while we were at it and I'm so glad we did. The crew was professional and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. No qualms about touching up anything that we pointed out. The house looks 50 years younger and after dealing with inside renovations over several years I can say its hard to find a contractor like Marco who shows up when they say they will and does what they promise. I wish I had more things to paint - I would hire this company again in a heartbeat.

I first hired Todd a little more than three years ago when I bought my first house. It was a stressful time because I was a new home owner and purchased a very old house. I hired Todd to remove the wallpaper in almost every room in my house, patch 100+ year old horse hair plaster, and prime every wall and paint every ceiling. Todd was on-time, on-budget, and regularly gave me updates. I hired him again to paint our back porch. In that instance, we also needed a good carpenter and Todd was able to recommend an excellent person. Then last year Todd returned to paint the new cabinets in my kitchen. More than a year later and with a lot of wear and tear, those kitchen cabinets look beautiful. Bottom line: I trust Todd. He has excellent judgement, accurate estimates, and I trust him in my house when I am not there.

Our bathroom was long overdue for re-painting. As you can see in the "before" picture, we had a lot of peeling paint that needed to be removed before we got to anything else. Erik was able to complete the job in two days, and our bathroom looks phenomenal! The first day, he scraped the loose paint from the ceiling and walls, primed and sealed everything, and then applied 3 coats of plaster to bring it back to a smooth surface. The next day he primed and painted the ceiling, walls, and door, and cleaned up any plaster residue. I'd highly recommend him for any painting!

Drywall basement, skim coat ceiling, paint. Josemar is very soft spoken and his rates are very reasonable. We had some issues which he worked out and in the end he did a good job.

We could not have asked for a more professional team to work with. We had a very difficult unusual job of removing a floor hatch for a washer / dryer delivery and Joe made sure everything went well. He even came back the next day to help me with something else. Highly recommend!

Newton was great! He was very knowledgeable and professional. We are already talking about other jobs we would like Newton National to do for us. This time, we had wallpaper removed and the walls prepped for paint. Newton was able to come by after work for an estimate and get started a few days later. He did a great job. I'd hire him again in an instant.

Good things: Scheduling of estimate was a simple and straightforward appointment. The written estimate/proposal was e-mailed to me for review. It was pretty clear, especially compared to proposals from competitors. Once I chose Buddy's, a legal contract was presented to me and we both signed a copy; I was met at a convenient location to promptly do so. During work, the hardwood floors were pretty well-protected. The results of the patching and painting looks pretty good for the price and the amount of work that was needed to get those old walls into decent shape. The Buddy's team deserves kudos for the transformation. The scheduling/timing of the job from start to finish was impressively fast and didn't drag on; kudos for that, too. Many of the walls, trim, and ceilings had been shabby or in disrepair and now appear much nicer since the work was done. Perhaps good, or perhaps not good: If one is in need of a faster, more inexpensive, but not necessarily "perfect" job, then what follows is still potentially an acceptable result, as the overall transformation was worth it to me. That said, some things were found such as paint bleed into adjacent areas, a few unclean lines, small spatters of paint on non-wall/trim areas (like onto shower tile), spots missed on trim (which I pointed out and they touched up, but used the wrong white color), dust/debris on some trim and sills that was not wiped down. A bad thing: The contractor tried putting words into my mouth about one of the paint colors used on the project. I was clear about the color from the beginning: It was to be matched with the adjacent wall, and the swatch is on hand. I'm reminded of the philosophy that "the customer is always right." In the interest of moving forward, as I grew both weary and wary of the arguing, I offered to resolve by paying for half of the cost of the wrong color paint which was bought, and that offer was reluctantly accepted. In my humble opinion, the offer should have been respectfully declined to alleviate worry. The contractor went to get the correct paint color and, in the end, it matched nicely. Finally, I've waited for multiple days for the multiple trash bags they left behind to be picked up. They'd committed to do so on three separate occasions. At the time of this writing, I've yet to observe that it's resolved but I've heard that it is.

Hired to remove debris from deck demo. He got literally every speck of demo debris that it almost looks vacuumed. Totally fair and honest pricing unlike many of the other bids that came in. Had slight communication glitch but it all worked out and glad he was able to fit the job in. Would hire again.

Dave Silen was great, he texted me an estimated arrival time and arrived early. He removed a truck load of junk from my house, used a tarp to make sure not to make a mess and swept the area which I wasn't expecting. Well worth hiring a professional.
