- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My journey began at 14yrs old as a busboy then server/bartender in one of New Englands oldest and best Portuguese restaurants. Trained in "white glove"service while working in some of New England's finest restaurants. Which led to guests requesting my services for private events and the creation of CraftHouse Bartending!
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
For the last 3 years we have been lucky enough to work year round events for Harvard University. We have done everything from their Senior class dinner parties as well as the yearly Summer Solstice Festival and monthly events for the Harvard Museum of Natural History.
