- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Starting in the service industry at 14yrs old as a busboy in one of New Englands oldest and best Portuguese restaurants which lead to being trained in "white glove"service and working in some of New England's finest restaurants and bars.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
For the last 3 years we have been lucky enough to work year round events for Harvard University. We have done everything from their Senior class dinner parties as well as the yearly Summer Solstice Festival and monthly events for the Harvard Museum of Natural History.
