- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are calculated by full job, house size and type of cleaning, and preferably we look at the house first, doing a walkthrough for a more precise quote. For deep cleaning the calculation is based on the hours worked.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we start cleaning, we do an initial deep cleaning to get things up to quality standards
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years and years of experience, and cleaning system created over the years.
