Very happy with the 3 ladies who made our windows sparkle! They arrived on time, took off their shoes without asking (I so appreciated this since we have light carpets), were very cheerful and respectful of the premises. They went straight to work, wasting no time and did an amazing job cleaning the windows, screens and sills. It was worth every penny and I wouldn't hesitate to call Merry Carol for any cleaning I need done in the future.

Our pricing is transparent and competitive. There are no surprises or hidden fees. We're on this for the long term relationship so we always make sure we over explain things.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We don't make our costumers work. Usually we are able to give out fair and precises estimates by looking your address up online. Very rarely we request pictures.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I, the owner have a rich background working with the Department of Health in different areas as a General Contractor. from abating Lead and Asbestos from home to Covid Sanitation. We have developed a flawless system and all our ladies are trained to perform with excellence.
